Since this year, Fengcheng company has made great efforts in the fine management of indicators and made great efforts to form a scientific, orderly and continuously improved closed-loop benchmarking management system. It is reported that the company achieved an auxiliary power consumption rate of 5.464% in January, a decrease of 0.572% over the same period last year, of which the desulfurization auxiliary power consumption rate was 1.275%, a decrease of 0.269 percentage points over the same period last year. If the monthly power generation was 543.7 million kwh, the desulfurization power consumption alone would save 1.46 million kwh, and the direct economic benefit was more than 715400 yuan.

In order to reduce desulfurization power consumption, the company has four practical measures: first, control the sulfur content of incoming coal, strengthen daily laboratory supervision, and adopt scientific mixed combustion for high heat quality and high sulfur coal. The second is to reasonably distribute the unit load, strengthen the communication between centralized control and desulfurization, subdivide the optimized operation mode of equipment into the specific load of the unit, so as to reduce the power consumption of desulfurization circulating slurry pump during peak valley period. The proportion of slurry pump power consumption in power generation of the company decreased by 0.057%. Third, formulate the detailed rules and reward mechanism for desulfurization labor competition, publish the results every month, praise the advanced, reward diligence and punish laziness, mobilize the subjective initiative of operators, and turn "want me to save energy" into "I want to save energy". Fourth, small technological transformation and large benefits, increase gypsum recovery and quality adjustment, and generate income while offsetting the cost of limestone.
